Latest batch Had stuck fermentation which i did not discover until after 4 weeks. I am not sure how long it was stuck for. I added dry yeast and raised the temp to 65. Viola, bubbles started I thought everything was going to be ok. Another month has gone by, the beer is now at 1.011, but it looks like swamp water and I am not sure how to describe the taste. Grainy and not very beer like come to mind. The stuff actually looks a lot more murky than when it first went into the fermentor. Do I wait longer? I really want to brew another batch and only have one conical. On the other hand if someone can tell me all will be good I will gladly wait. It does smell or taste sour at all so I dont think anything got in there.
Thanks for any input/advice
