Brought a couple bottles of homebrew over to a friends house last night.
He had just returned from a work roadtrip & had some goodies he had gathered or us to try. We started with grapefruit Sculpin - some Odell brews-Stone Enjoy by- Boulevard IPA. He was then having a Victory Dirtwolf when I poured my homebrew APA(? I guess).
It fared well compared to the other big hoppies!!!
So stoked!!
This was my 5th batch of brew & my first cobbled together with what I rounded up at Friar Tucks.
3.3 lb. can of Muntons Maris Otter LME
2lb. Briess Golden light DME
1lb.cane sugar
.5oz Cascade 20min
.5oz Citra 20min
.5oz Falconers Flight 20min
.5oz Cascade 10min
.5oz Citra 10min
.5oz Falconers Flight 10min
Safale 05
Dry hop 7 days with 1oz Australian Galaxy & 1oz Zythos
Put 12 more in fridge for further tasting - will start with one today.
