Chicago craigslist, but shipping might bite you. They are $40 each, ready to go. Might get a deal on multiple kegs.

If you want to order them from someplace Adventures in Homebrewing has likely the best prices on the net for used kegs. I have bought several from them. You have to clean them up but each one is pressure tested and the place stands behind the kegs they sell. Here is a link. http://www.homebrewing.org/
