I am so happy with my first batch of Janet's Brown turned out that I need to make another before my first keg kicks. I am also brewing an american amber just in time for my father to enjoy it when he comes to visit (it is his favorite style). This will be my last mini-mash batch before I switch to all grain. I have all the pieces, I just need to make a lautering system for the cooler.
First up is the Janet's Brown. I tweaked the recipe to my system, so it looks a little different than the version in BCS, but the OG, IBUs and SRM should be very similiar.
