Steam to Boil

Hey all
I've searched the site and wasn't able to find any info on boiling with steam. I did find plenty on heating mash but I am really curious about bringing a 10 gal. batch to a full boil with only steam. Any help is greatly appreciated.

That's the way that many/most pros do it.....you just need a jacketed kettle.

I was wondering if it can be done with copper coils in the kettle. I use three sankes to boil in for a 1 bbl batch and was thinkin bout making a big steam boiler and splitting to three coils(1 for each kettle). I guess you could call it Ghetto pro.

Careful with steam, it can be extremely dangerous even when you know what you're doing.

When you don't, you get the following
