Hi there, as many of you, we start with kits, extract to all grain, pre made-recipes, but lately i was thinking that it is about time to try an creating a recipe of my own, specially if im tring to go commercial.
so i develop this recipe of a blonde ale, i think is a simple style.

i have been home brewing like 4 years now, and have like 25 batches under my belt, like 15 of theme all grain.

I've only done a few of my own recipes, but I recommend 'Designing Great Beers' by Ray Daniels, it takes alot of the guesswork out and provides a great deal of specific information on formulating recipes.
