I don't have a recipe, but I did make a honey weizen, from Midwest Supplies, for my first batch ever.

I drank some of the leftover 'beer' when transferring from the primary fermentator to the carboy and it was amazing. I can't even imagine what it will taste like when it is cold and has carbonation.

Awesome. I might whip something up using malt extract and see what happens...my obvious ingredients are amber malt extract, honey malt, honey, any recommendations on types of hops etc? How about to retain a really rich golden colour and keep it refreshing and "clean?" How would I go about priming with honey?

Here's a recipe written up, subject to change of course...I'm trying to keep it light and floral, hence the yeast and hop selection, and I don't want the flavour to be very complex at all. Any input? This is for a 2.5gal batch - I like to experiment so smaller batches mean I can create, bottle and repeat recipes as often as requied :)
