How many ounces of pellet hops would you Dryhop a Imperial Stout.....And how many ounces of pellet hops would you Dryhop a Barley Wine,
How long for each?
I'm going to dryhop in a Keg and bottle with a beer gun.
I love my beer gun
 
Zero for the stout. Stouts are about malts and dry hopping would ruin it. (IMHO)

Barley wine, I'd start about a month before bottling and give it an ounce for a week, then check it and swap out if needed. Use a similar hop as you did for the flavor and/or aroma hop.
