Plastic corks

Have a problem. I'm going threw my bottle collection and giving them all a good washing sense I've been gone for 4 month and no one else has. I have a few bottles that I used the champagne plastic corks on and they broke off leaving a piece in the neck. Anyone have a trick to get them out?

Never happened to me, but why not use a cork screw?

drill two holes in it so you can fit some needle nose pliers in the holes and yank it out. may work. :mug:

These are the plastic corks that are hollow and you use a wire to keep them on the bottle. Wish i could use a cork screw

Try to get some Vice Grips on there and ease them out.

Another idea is to thread a large lag bolt into the cork, and then pull straight out.

Heat the mouth up with a lighter to make the plastic soft and pull it out with something pointy.
