I will be using the 1026 tomorrow for an ESB that i brewed before with the Wyeast 1968 since the 1026 was an option and its not around all the time i figured why not.. Anyone else used these on the same 2 beers or in esb's? I also picked up some american aleII yeast also instead of using 1056 again for my next pale/ipa
 
I have not compared them, but I have thought about it more than a few times. Please post back when the beer is done to let us know how it turned out!
