That's the case with most discounts.
I put in a 20 gallon Boilermaker for kicks and it came back with $0.77 off. Pretty weird, not sure where that came from.

Blichmann products are always drop-shipped from the mfg. with a set price and fixed margin. So it would be very rare to see them included in a promotion on any homebrew site, unless it's a Blichmann promo.
