serving temp for DFH120?

I have a bottle that's been in my basement for about a year, figure it's time to give it a try. Anyone know the recommended serving temp?
 
Dogfish site doesn't list one. It's been a long time since I have had one, but I remember letting it warm up to around high 40's or low 50's for initial serving. Then letting it warm as you go along. I have had it both in a snifter and small mixed drink tumbler style glass. Snifter is better.
