Best way to store hops.

In my head I'm back in Austin, TX
The kits from Austin Homebrew come with 1oz of each type of hop but I am only going to be using some of each of them. Could I just put them in a ziplock bag and throw them in the freezer. They are pellet hops if that makes a difference.

That's what I do.

Some people prefer to vacuum seal them, as they'll stay fresher with a lack of oxygen.
