- Herbal, woody, some orange, ginger, cedar, and faint mint notes. Roasted malts 2.
This is my brown IPA, brewed with pale and Vienna malts and German hops. It has a very crisp profile and it's not your typical IPA for sure. It has a woody, herbal, almost cedar-like flavor with hints of orange, ginger, and mint. There is some astringency in there from the roasted malts, and it complements the hops rather well. I think it came out very well, I hope you all can utilize it at some point if you want to try something different.
