I guess this would fall in the American Barley Wine category. Comments? Thoughts?

.25 tsp ground cloves @ 15 min
1 cinnamon stick @ 15 min
1 vanilla bean @ 5 min

Wyeast 1272 - American Ale 2 - cause that's just what I always use but am open to suggestions

More like a big winter warmer with the spice I'd think.

That's what I was going for but wasn't sure if there was an official category for it.
