I just received my water report, and was wondering if there is any cause for concern. Can someone take a look and make any recommendations? Ive made two extract brews and both ended up with an astringent taste...Im trying to rule out the water (I used campdon tablets to treat the water before I started even though we have a brand new whole house water filter that treats for the chlorine). Is there such a thing as too much campdon?
