Living in the northeast, getting close to freezing temps. I have a ferm wrap and johnson controller. I am considering fermenting in my unheated garage and setting the temp controller to the desired lager temp.
Do you think the setup can keep up with outside temps in say below freezing, it gets pretty cold.
