A friend and I are performing a tag team single infusion brew session today. I designed the beer, measured out the malt, water, and hops as well as prep'd the yeast. I managed to mash in at 6:50 this morning.
My buddy showed up at 7:30 to sparge, lauter, boil, perform hop additions, and chill the wort. All this while I'm at work.
We'll split this 10 gallon batch 50/50 when all is said and done.
