I am brewing a fairly basic 5 gal extract amber ale this weekend that calls for 2 oz. Fuggle. I came across some Nelson Sauvin pellets and was thinking of hopping things up a bit with an addition of these. Anyone have experience with Nelson Sauvin hops and an amber ale? Recipes or suggestions would be appreciated.

I used them as the only hop in an amberish-brown-ish session ale a couple years back. I really liked the results, easy to drink, toasty, moderate hop aroma etc...
