Looking for feedback on my first all grian recipie creation:

Batch: 5 gal
Boil: ~3.5 gal
Mash: ~153, 45 min (unless I get distracted)
Sparge: I'm an impatient sparger

2 lbs. Simpsons Golden Naked Oats (see NB)
10 lbs. Rahr 2-Row Pale.
2 lbs. Weyermann CaraHell.

At Flame on: 0.5 oz. (all pellet) Willamette
at 60 min: 1 oz. Cennennial
at 30: 1 oz. Horizon
at 15: 0.5 Willamette

Yeast: undecided

Where is thet recipe/instructions from?

If it's your first mash I'd let it go 60 minutes just to be sure.
Unless you have a time restraint.
Are you testing for conversion?

I also don't understand the 3.5 gallon boil.
For a 5 gallon batch you should be collecting around 6 - 6.5 gallon of wort to boil to around 5.5 gallon.
