M running out of time on my peas but dont have a carboy, i was going to use a plastic gallon milk jug... But was wondering if i could juice the pears and refrig the juice until ready to use???

I would add a campden tab / gallon. This will hold back any nasties on the pears. Even with the campden I'm thinking a Week is about as long as you want to go before pitching your yeast.

A gallon plastic jug will work ok for primary. Plastic not recommended for long term storage but it will be ok for a month or so of primary fermentation.

You could do yourself a favor and get an additional primary container. You'll appreciate having another since you're gonna want to keep the juices flowing. Ya know...keep the pipeline full;)
