Hello Everyone. Can you give me some suggestions as to what types of beers may be brewed during the warmer months of summer. In other words, are there certain yeast strains that may tolerate a slightly warmer temperature? (Belgian??)
I plan on bringing the my glass carboy to the basement of my apt to ferment. I have no idea at the moment what the temps will be like down there since I'm new at this apartment. I hoping that they won't get higher than the mid 70's but that may be a long shot.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you,
Craig
