I am wanting to build up my yeast for a IIPA to use some of my free, floor sweepings hops. So I have come up with the following:

Is there anything you don't throw a little specialB in? Just asking. I had never even heard of it until I started the 888RIS, I do like it now that I have tried it.

I think the recipe will be a fine yeast starter ;-)
 
How did you happen to get these hops free?

And the recipe looks great to me. I love the dark crystals. 120, 150, Special B.. Yum!
