I have a batch of stout fermented with WLP007. My next batch is an Arrogant Bastard clone that will use WLP007.

What are the pro and con of pitching on an existing yeast cake instead of washing and reusing?

Do I just dump the wort into the carboy with the yeast at the bottom or?

+1 for it's way overpitching, even for an arrogant bastard clone. It's just super easy to harvest your yeast and figure out just how much slurry you need to ferment at the proper pitching rates.
