So I took my yeast out about 4 hrs ago. Its a white labs yeast and it says take out 3-6 hours prior to use. Well I forgot I have to go to my brothers bday dinner at 6. I figure if I leave my wort in an ice bath by the time I get back it will be at the right temp to pitch my yeast. But what should I do with the yeast until then? Leave it out? Put it back in the fridge? I figure at most it will sit out 8hrs if I dont put it back in the fridge. Please help. Thanks....

Your yeast should be fine sitting out on the counter. I wouldnt suggest putting it back in the cold as it will go dormant again and take a bit longer to get your ferm started when you pitch it.
