Side by side fridge question..

Has anyone modified a side by side fridge as such. Use the normal fridge side as a fermenter for carboys, kegs etc..... Then replace the freezer thermostat with another fridge thermostat. Then mount your taps on the outside of the freezer thus making it a kegerator on one side and a fermenter on the other.

I hope I explained that so everyone understands.

The Kaiser has a modified side-by-side. I think there are pics in his gallery and possibly a thread about it on here some where.
