I'm going to be brewing beer for my wedding and would like some help designing an APA recipe. I like Edworts Pale Ale but I'm looking for something a little different.

In this recipe I took the Pliny the Elder clone from Zymurgy and scaled it down from double IPA toward American Pale Ale. My system tends to turn out beers that are a little less hoppy than they appear on paper. So if this looks too hoppy to be a Pale Ale that's why. Also, it might age for a couple of months before hand so some hop aroma might fall out.

I should have time to a few test batches before brewing for the wedding.

****Note recipe is built for a 12 gallons at the end of the boil***
