I just got a call from my son. His wifes grandpa has a bunch of fruit trees and the fruit is starting to drop. The grandpa told em they could have what they wanted SOOO I have apples, pears and peaches coming. They asked me to make a mixed fruit wine for them. I have no clue how to determine the mix except MAYBE ferment everything seperately then blend later OR mix em now and just adjust the gravity with sugar. Any suggestions?

Hmmm, not sure if this helps at all, but the usual rule of thumb for fruit wines (1 gallon batch) is:

3lbs fruit
2lbs sugar
1 gallon water

Maybe 1lb of apples, 1lb of peaches, and lb of pears?
