I am going to be brewing AHS Texas Blonde Ale when I'm done with the one boiling right now. I have 1oz of Hallertau hops that are vacuum sealed and have been in my freezer for about a year.
I was thinking about throwing them in this recipe: 5lb extra pale ale LME, 1lb corn LME, 1oz Brewers Gold hops for 60min. German Ale/ Kolsch yeast.
Let me know if there would be a good time to add the Hallertau.
