Hi All,
I want to brew a PranQster clone this weekend and here is what I have put together from various sources. Let me know if I am missing anything. TIA
Steeping for 30 min:
1lb Belgian Pale Malt
12oz Light Crystal Malt
1lb Caravienne Malt
90 min
9lb LME
1lb Candi Sugar
At Boil:
5 AAU Williamette Hops
Ferment @ 65 with WL500 for 2 weeks
Secondary for 4 weeks
Keg it!
I have some extra Pale Malt that I can add if you guys think it would help.
