HAIL ALL!!! I"ve got me a vacuum sealer and need me some hops. YEE HAW!!!! I am going to get at least 1 LB of this year's amarillo hops from my LHBS. If I measure out 1oz 2oz and 1/2 oz bags, vacuum seal them and freeze them how long are they good for. 1 year, 2 years, indefinately? Might do this with simcoe too. And the crystal hops this year are VERY aromatic, might do the same with them.
