hey guys, just thought i would share some pics of my brew that sat in my secondary for over 3 months. this was only after 1 week of carbing up, and they were about 90% done i would say. it was a 7 grain heritage ale, mash/extract....and it tasted delicious anyone worried about yeast being dormant or whatever after such a long time, worry no more! ask anyway if any questions come to mind
