Hello all!
I've been homebrewing for about a year now in my apartment in Providence. I asked my parents for a kit last Christmas, and have since become quite obsessed. (To make a long story short, I just received my new chest freezer with temp controller for a fermentation chamber, because my gf likes to keep the apartment warm, hehe.)
I've used these forums again, and again, and again for information for recipes and gear questions, but have never actually posted. I feel as if I'm finally able to hold my own in a conversation, and am looking forward to sharing ideas and learning even more in the future.
