Hey guys, planning a Saison recipe, here's what I have so far:
Stats:
Batch Size - 20.82L (5.5 gal btw)
OG - 1.042
FG - 1.001
Colour - 7.9 SRM
IBU - 23.3
IBU/GU - 0.56
Fementables:
29% - 1kg DME
29% - 1kg Pilsner Malt
14% - 500g Vienna Malt
14% - 500g Wheat Malt
9% - 300g Amber Candi Sugar
6% - 200g Clear Candi Sugar
Hops:
15.5 IBU - 30g Tettnang @ 90 minutes
4.9 IBU - 20g Styrian/Slovenian Goldings @ 15 minutes
2.9 IBU - 30g Styrian/Slovenian Golding @ 5 minutes
