So I was brewing a seasonal Saigon recipe from northern brewer and accidentally doubled the hop load. The hops were 13.7 AA magnum. Put 2 oz in instead of 1 oz for 60 min. Was originally going to keg, but given that beer tools shows that my IBUs will be in the 97 range, was thinking of botting instead and aging 6 months to a year to mellow. Thoughts?

Try carbonating and tasting a sample first. (one of those tire valve on a soda bottle assemblies for example). See if it's too hoppy for your taste or fits an Imperial IPA. Then keg or bottle depending on the results.

If I wasn't allergic to gluten, I'd give the standard, "It's ruined, you have to send it away to be properly disposed. I'll send you the dropoff point information so I can take care of it" statement.
