Hi guys. what do you think of this recipe for a dubbel/dark strong Belgian ale? I am aiming for a fruity, rasin, caramel flavour.

I know this will come from using candi syrup, though I'm a little worried that this together with the amount of speciality grains might be too much. What do you think?
