That's Danny Trejo, from such films as Heat, Desperado and Grindhouse. I prefer his Desperado persona :D

I'm not sure why but I have "Seen and Not Seen" in my head now:

He would see faces in movies, on T.V., in magazines, and in books....
He thought that some of these faces might be right for him....
And that through the years, by keeping an ideal facial structure fixed in his mind....
Or somewhere in the back of his mind....
That he might, by force of will, cause his face to approach those of his ideal....
The change would be very subtle....
It might take ten years or so....
Gradually his face would change it's shape....
A more hooked nose...
Wider, thinner lips....
Beady eyes....
A larger forehead.
He imagined that this was an ability he shared with most other people....
They had also molded their faces according to some ideal....
Maybe they imagined that their new face would better suit their personality....
Or maybe they imagined that their personality would be forced to change to fit the new appearance....
This is why first impressions are often correct...
Although some people might have made mistakes....
They may have arrived at an appearance that bears no relationship to them....
They may have picked an ideal appearance based on some childish whim, or momentary impulse....
Some may have gotten half-way there, and then changed their minds.
He wonders if he too might have made a similar mistake.

Back in my day, a bimbo was good for 5-6 years of trash headlines. These new bimbos seem to burn-out before they're even legal! Think we are headed for a bimbo shortage?

I don't think that's ever gonna happen! There is always someone that will step up to the plate. Seems as though they do start out much younger these days. But that's Hollywood for you!

I'm waiting for Jamie Lynn Spears to come off the rails. Being unhinged could become a family business.

Let's be honest here for a moment. The girl was busted for cocaine and DUI. It's her first offense, right?

Well put yourself in her shoes. You have more money than you know what to do with. You are a money-making machine- you can make hundreds of thousands an HOUR by simply showing up somewhere and uttering a few sentences. And the rest of your time is there to do whatever you want.

You know you won't go to jail for a first-offense DUI, nobody does. And, to make things more interesting, you can hire the best lawyers money can buy.

How can you blame these women for living it up? I sure as hell would be doing the same thing. :ban:

Is it her first offence?

I thought she just got out of rehab...

*only know bc my girlfriend I swear!*

I thought she self-checked in to rehab though... I didn't think it was court-mandated... and even if it was, it could have been a court-ordered diversion to keep it off her record... in which case she still doesn't have a conviction.

Her timeline (innocent?). 1st offense or not she's heading down the Spears, Downey Jr, Culkin, Bonaduce (long childhood star list...) path. Before you know it she could be on some MTV loser-actor realty show in 5 years :).

You're right though Squirrel. That kind of $ is ripe to F these young stars up. If I had that kind of ka-ching back in that age bracket I'd probably be dead.

Here's hoping she can do a Drew Barrymore 180 as I'm not dwelling on her bad luck, just sad...
