Looking at something different and I couldn't find anything like this:

2.5gal batch (try to keep the experiments low volume)

4 lb vienna
2 lb munich
.25 lb crystal 60

Hop schedule

.50 oz Northern Brewer FWH
.25 oz Magnum 60min
.25 oz Magnum 10min
.50 oz Northern Brewer 10min
.50 oz Magnum Dry Hop

IBU's: 60
ABV: 6.0

Mash @ 152 and use an English Ale yeast like WLP002.

Goal is to produce a European style IPA. Again, since I live in Alabama, I have no commercial examples at the ready......

Thanks,

I think i heard on the sunday session about using magnum for dry/flavor/aroma hops. Try it and lets us know how it turns out.
