Besides having the taps hidden I have done this exact thing. My keezer is right behind where our bar is going so I put the taps through the wall
My wife said NO.
She said the 2 dozen steps to the kegerator is good for me...

No. The garage has no heat, nor food, nor bathroom.

Same at my house! Fridge is in the garage right behind the mudroom off of my kitchen. Wife approved!
