Notes
This is a very easy drinking beer even with the higher gravity and grain bill.
I was surprised that the beer was as crisp and drinkable given the mash temp and the grain bill. I attribute this to the highly attenuating yeast.
The beer is ready to drink after about a week in the keg.
Surprisingly easy drinking, this really is a flavorful Quaffer.
For those of you that like an easy drinking brew that really is full of flavor this is it.
The Amarillo/Cascade hops really balance well with the malts.
I was concerned about the crystal and victory malts, but it really works well.
I am proud of this one, I will certainly brew it again.
