I think I am going to try my first SMaSH this weekend. I want to do a Marris Otter/Whitbread Goldings Variety SMaSH. My question is what should my hop additions look like and what style should I go for that would best feature these ingrediants? Right now I have the recipe formulated in the Best Bitter Category, but could easily be changed to an English IPA. Currently it looks like this:
