I was told by the place I purchase my ingredients from that to cut costs I can reuse my WYeast.
I recently racked a Bitter into a secondary and stored some left over WYeast British into a 2L pepsi bottle and put it in the fridge.
I was wondering if anyone had tips on re-using/recycling yeast.
