Hey all, My name is David and I have been a making wine for about 3 years now and mead for a year.
I currently have 3-1 gallon batches of mead going, 6 gallons of Pomegranate Wine, and 1 gallon of Acai Berry wine. Im really getting into Mead making, so many different types of honey out there that have distinct flavors.
