I started Cider making in January of this year (2015) and after a few failed attempts managed to get 2 1 gallon batches that were quite drinkable.
My wife and I bought a new house so the cider making got put on hold but...
I got moved this past weekend and am getting ready to start cider production again.
The new house has a room in the basement with shelves on 3 walls, a large industrial deep sink, no windows, temp controlled and PERFECT for cider making. Can't wait!
I have one bottle left of my favorite batch and I am going to save it till the day of the christening of the cider cellar.
