I've been searching for a possible clone recipe for Boundary Bay Brewery's ESB (Best Bitter). I've reached out to the brewery with no luck - I guess that makes sense they don't want to share that info.
They're website lists the following:
"two-row pale, English carastan and English crystal malts; and Perle, Mt. Hood and Cascade hops"
I've tried to create a clone but I'm having trouble determining the malt percentages to use, and how the hops might be used (bittering vs. finishing, etc).
Just curious if anyone has ever attempted this beer or has some inside info. Thanks!
