My father in law has a bag of Saaz pellets that he has kept in the freezer for the last 10 years. They were sealed in double ziplock bags the whole time...would they still be useable?
Old Saaz hops pellets - any good?

I doubt it, but the only way to know is to smell them (preferably side-by-side with some fresh Saaz). If they still have a reasonably strong, fresh smell, you could probably use them for flavor and aroma.
