Cooking with hops.

This is just something I have to try.
I will make an hop ice cream to serve with a butterscotch and malt syrup.

Any good ideas for other stuff.
I'm thinking maybe steak and ale pie with hoppy mashed potatoes?

Can't help but think hop sausage, probably a pork base. Wonder how hops would do in corned beef hash?

The ice cream sounds pretty good, Im not sure if SWMBO and the little one would go for it though.
