First attempt at a strong IPA. Of course I accidently got the wrong crystal malt(60 instead of 10). The hops I wanted were all out of stock to so I had to play with that a bit...

What would you consider this?

3lb Extra light malt extract
1lb light malt extract
4lb Pale malt liquid extract
1lb caramel malt(60L)
1lb clover honey

1oz Yakima magnum(60min)
1oz Mt. Hood(45min)
1oz cascade leaf(30min)
0.5oz cascade leaf(15min)
0.5oz cascade leaf(5min)

OG-1.071 down to 1.016 after a week. It's in the secondary with another 1oz of cascade leaf. It is very dark. What should I expect?

You can expect the honey to not do much but boost abv. Honey, from what I have seen, tends to ferment out totally and just adding a ever ever so slight taste but barely there.

Prob about 8%abv with that honey figured in.

You made a really strong, somewhat hoppy beer. I'm not sure that it fits any style, especially if you over-caramelized the extract, resulting in a darker than expected brew.
