I'm itching to brew

I have about an ounce of 8% aau cascade hops and the nearest homebrew store is an hour and a half away but my local general store carries briess extract so I can get that and dry yeast and I'm itching to brew any recipes out there I can use with that small amount of hops

Why not just go for, say, a 3-gallon batch? I think that's more fun anyway.
I was just goofing off, but maybe with a small batch, a slightly shorter boil, and just 3 lbs of DME, you could whip up a Blonde Ale like this:

Never got around to thanking you for your post I tried this but with 12oz honey and it turned out great. I'll be making a 5 gallon batch soon thank you. Great session beer
