I brewed an IPA in November that turned out really bland. I'm not sure what happened. I have been letting it age in hopes that it gets better. It hasn't so far.

The last week of December I brewed a double chocolate oatmeal stout and made a parti-gyle that may be the most bitter thing I have ever tasted.

So I combined the two beers and created a very good drinkable beer.

Good job! Blending beer can really be a blessing. Have you named your new blended beer?

No I haven't named this beer. Not sure what to call it. Maybe sloppy seconds? I'm not creative like that!
